Insander newspaper Which had reported in June last year that the director of Culture, Youth and Sports in Podujetim Balaj was careful to put the guitar school, his cofounder, Nexhmi Balaj, on the list of beneficiaries of the directorate.
Guitar's school “Miraela” was part of the preliminary list of Komuna grants winners, where together the founder is the father of Culture Director Nedmi Balaj.

The same guy in the police said he wasn't aware his father was part of this school when the grant was given.
