Faithful Bislimi is openly lying, says Elektroserver is a private company

Bislimi, in an interview for public television, in an attempt to justify the failure to publish the agreement, said the contract is “between the two private entities”, and that it is up to them to decide whether they make it public or not, thus trying to avoid the responsibility of state institutions, writes Albanian Post.

The Serbian company that has signed the agreement with KEDS, that is, “Drustvo Elektrosever D.O.O”, is Serbia's state company.

The only owner of this company, which is licensed by Kosovo, is “JP Elektroprivreda Srbije Belgrade”, the state-owned electricity company in Serbia.

On its official page, “Electrica Srbije”, writes that it is “a regionally organised company, which has founding rights in two subsidiarys and three public companies in Kosovo”. Close to 29 thousand workers “Electrice Srbije” is the largest company in Serbia, in all industries.

For signing the energy agreement between KEDS and Elektroserver, the European Union's Special Envoy for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak would initially announce on December 9th.
