The Constitutional Court in Albania has suspended the ratification of parliament's agreement on immigrants with Italy, designed to vote by the Parliament at Thursday's plenary session.
The decision was made by the Constitutional Court, which assessed that the request made by MPs supporting Sali Berisha and Gazment Barddin meets the preliminary criteria of compliance.
As TvKlan writes, this is not the last word the Constitution has said about this agreement, as the final decision regarding the fate of the protocol signed on November 6th by the two prime ministers Rama and Melon will be delivered on January 18th.
