The testimony of Himara Mayor-elect Frede Beler at today's session at the Special Court against Organised Crime and Corruption (GJKKO) remains.

“Today is running the Himara municipality someone not mandated by voters. He is already awarding tenders and abusing the Himara municipality, allowing construction without permission. I'm being held in prison because that's how the prime minister cares.
