Assistant Secretary of State O'Brien awaits Macedonia, reaffirms partnership with Kosovo, gives support to KSF

Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia has met with Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Jim O'Brien.

The meeting has discussed US support for the Kosovo Security Force to be a multiethnic territorial protection force.

It has also been talked about the partnership Kosovo has with the United States of America and the reaffirmation of this report.

” We support the Kosovo Security Force as it moves into a multiethnic, professional, interoperable territorial protection force under civilian supervision. Delighting to meet with Kosovo Defence Minister @Ejup Macedonia today and reaffirming our partnership with Kosovo”, O'Brien wrote through a post on the “” platform.

The US had supported the process of transforming the KSF into the military.
