A USB, which contained the gross footage of the sexual act in the municipality office, was found at Kaci's apartment.
Kaci, when questioned, has indicated that the footage was conducted under the investigative show “Fiks Fara”, as she said he was an undeclared investigative journalist in this show.
In Kaci's phone, which was seized under the investigation, conversations were found between her and the reporters of “Fiks Fara”, where Kaci talked about this footage. According to the SPAK, the footage was done voluntarily by Kaci, for them the documentary.
Kaci says the name of former district leader Kukes Abedin Oruci also emerges from the investigation. That's because as Kaci claims, he's taken the USB by force.
