For 3 years, no recognition from the opposition criticises power, the latter are not impressed

The Vetevendosje movement considers it successful in 2023 in terms of Kosovo diplomacy, while three opposition parties have called it a year of failure and aggression in terms of the international arena. The latter have pressed charges towards Kurti Government, while also demanding reforms in the government cabinet, reports Online Economy. P DK, LDK [...]

The PDK, the AAK's LDK consider the Kurti government has damaged Kosovo's subjectivity in the international arena, as for three years no recognition or membership was achieved in the international arena, while for the VV, criticism of the opposition is insignificant.

Vetevendosje Movement MP Arbere Kryeziu Hayseni sees no significant new recognitions, but the construction of good reports with non-recognitional states.

And in terms of international subjectivity, Kryeziu Haysen has said he has made no Government in the past more than this current one. The opposition's criticism, however, does not strongly impress him.

“In fact, the criticism of the opposition for me personally is insignificant and groundless because we're talking about an opposition who has had the chance for years to testify how capable it is to do and work on increasing Kosovo's international subjectivity, and it's also one thing that not every success can be assessed by having or not having recognition, I believe it is very important that Kosovo can move in the international sense by building good biletal reports with non-recognizable states and even by strengthening reports with states that have known us but that have no more reports than dealt with such recognition. As for what Kosovo has done in terms of international subjectivity, I think it has not done a government in the past”, the VV deputy said, as she successfully sees the application for membership in the Council of Europe.

“It is the launch of application to become a member of the European Union, then the successful transition of the first phase to the Council of Europe as well as Kosovo so far is the new member of the two most important international organisations and to complete it is also the fact that international reports have thus released us as a country that we have noted progress at this time that means that we have opened up the possibility of approaching even countries that have been skeptical or may have had doubts about Kosovo. There have been notablely reinforced bilateral reports with the states that we have even managed to open new diplomatic mission offices in different parts of the world, while so far we have also managed to buy diplomatic mission objects against these opposition parties that are now criticising that in the past we are signing lobbiing contracts for territorial exchanges we are now signing contracts for the purchase of objects in which would permanently put diplomatic missions”, Kryziu Haseni has declared.

Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Ariana Musliu '%s' has told Online Economy that Kosovo is found in a more harmful position over the 20-year-old.

New non-recognitions and non-memberships in international organisations are some of the criticism Musliu '%sshi mentions.

I appreciate that we have never been worse as a state in the international arena because we have no recognition and no membership in international organisations. In fact, we don't even have the steps that are being taken to finish what we've started, I'm talking about membership in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the Council of Europe because we know the steps that are through the Assembly, so I appreciate that we have many other organisations that require concrete steps that this Government should take in order to join us and we see that we are not moving forward with the conditions that are required by Kosovo as a state for the greater value that is a failure that we don't have any recognition of any five res refused by the European Union<>.

PDK MP has blamed MPJs for not cutting sanctions, especially after the September 24th terrorist attack on Banjska.

Besides being a state still under the measures or sanctions of the Union Europe which is a burden because we shouldn't come to the point that we as a state from the European Union have more measures to appreciate that it has not been done by our diplomacy that these measures are specifically withdrawn after September 24th, so after Serbia's terrorist act on Kosovo, I think that as long as we have a Minister for Foreign Affairs that orders ambassadors not to have any meeting with foreign diplomats or representatives of states that they are in addition to meeting with our consular citizens, I appreciate that the way is not right to spread or to say what has happened in Kosovo, it has to them.

Critical and fiercer has been voiced by Democratic League of Kosovo deputy Rzazarta Krasniqi. It has cited foreign policy failures, accusing Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi and senior diplomat Donika Grovalla of failing to report to the Commission.

We discussed the report on the country that we have not yet discussed in the Commission because Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has not found time to report but we have called him as opposition and has come to the Assembly and we have seen that there has been aggression to the country report because for three years we have no recognition, no membership in the International Organisation. We only have regrass and you know that we've been expelled from Dfender 23, while Foreign Affairs Minister (Donica Grovalla) doesn't come to report even though 20 invitations we have made to”, Krasniqi said.

The LDK MP has called for reforms in the government cabinet, as in her opinion, failures connect them to dialogue.

It was necessary because I think such reform is necessary because neither of the ministers has done anything. All work has been connected to dialogue to cover up that government cabinet members' failure to do”.

While Alliance for the Future of Kosovo MP Time Kadriaj has called foreign policy failure, while citing the seven thousand and 500-euro salary for Gani Jakupi, the adviser committed by the Kosovo Foreign Ministry for lobby.

“Total lack of foreign policy, we have no recognition of any membership in international organisations, degradation of dialogue and damage to Kosovo's subjectivity in the international arena. We're seeing that the Foreign Affairs Ministry is paying people like Gani Jakupi 7,500 euros for lobby and if you're paying him with this figure, what's the lobby, where it's lobbies, where it's access to Gani Jakupi because of the interviews we've heard from people who have access to the European Union and where he's going to lobbie when he doesn't have access to the European Union building and he's had to bring some recognition and know exactly where he's engaged and which he's going to get to bring Gani Jakup that he's illegally paid 7,500 euros.
