In his account in “Facebook”, Rukiqi wrote that the government's failure address is.
“Maybe it's good to remind the Ministry, that the Statistics Agency of Kosovo has not been created, nor does it act, in a <x0Univers parallel” The Kosovo Statistics Agency is part of the Prime Minister's Office, therefore the direct responsibility for failing to register the population has addresses: It's the Prime Minister and the Government” wrote Rukiqi.
