Slotkin in a writing on the social network “X”, has said the deployment of NATO's additional forces in Kosovo was intended to send a message to Serbia, to withdraw troops from the border.
She stressed that Serbia's provocations are a concern for Kosovo citizens, especially the Albanian population.
According to Slotkin, the US and NATO must continue to be advocates of Kosovo's sovereignty and hold all attackers accountable who threaten Kosovo's security.
Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq said on Saturday that “has no intention of ordering the army” to cross the border with Kosovo and that it will withdraw Serbian forces from that part, claiming it is not true that Serbia is sending the army to the border.
He underlined that escalation of the conflict would be “counter-productive when it comes to Serbia's will” to become a member of the European Union.
Vuciqi called the United States' warnings unproportionate, saying the number of Serb forces on the ground “is decreasing. ”
Meanwhile on Tuesday, the High Public Prosecutor in Belgrade said he has questioned Milan Radojici, who claimed responsibility for organising the attack on Banjska.
The report reportedly interviewed him under suspicion that some unknown persons committed criminal acts related to “production, possession and trafficking without gun permits and explosive substances”, as well as serious “s against general security”.
Serbia's Interior Ministry announced earlier that it has searched Radojici's apartment and other facilities and that it has been imposed on the detention measure for 48 hours.
The Serbian MPB said Radojic was sent to the High Public Prosecutor in Belgrade with criminal speculation, but did not provide more details.
The release of the assistant NATO forces to Kosovo was intensified to find a message to Serbia volup your troips back from the Kosovo board. Serbia's proves are a highway on Kosovo, especially the Albanian population with strong Tis to Michigan.
