Memli Krasniqi: Soon they forgot the sacrifice of Afrem Bulnjak, power and police for glory.

Following the refusal of the Vetvendosje Movement deputies to participate in the session where the Kosovo Police Resolution would be voted, Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi has said power and police want only for boasting.

Krasniqi, through a Facebook post, stressed that today, for the second time in a week, the Vetevendosje Movement rejected the resolution proposed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo, which, with its approval, would quickly and specifically help the Kosovo Police.

This approach to power towards our police officers is miserable. They soon forgot the sacrifice of Afrem Bulnjak and his colleagues, who every day put their lives in danger to ensure the safety of our citizens and the sovereignty of our state”, wrote the head of PDK.

Krasniqi said the PDK will not stop and insist, through all ways and mechanisms for this resolution to be adopted.

“Retirements for riskiness, health insurance and adoption of the early retirement Law are the least our officers deserve”, Krasniqi has indicated.
