Haxhiu for Radoichi's release: Serbia, home to war criminals and terrorists

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, commenting on Milan Radojic's release, has said that no action by Serbia is surprising, as according to her, the Serbian state is home to war criminals and terrorists. Haxhiu has said Serbia has never handed over war criminals and will not even hand over terrorists, [...]

Haxhiu has said Serbia has never handed over war criminals and will not even hand over terrorists, alluding to Radocicin, who, after being arrested yesterday by authorities in Belgrade, was released until 24 hours in prison.

“Terrorism in Kosovo has been conducted, as evidenced by Serbia and in this direction, any action in relation to this issue, with the armed group that does, Serbia does not surprise us at all. Serbia has never handed over criminals and will not hand over even terrorists. Clearly, Serbia is home to war criminals and terrorists who committed terrorist attacks on Kosovo territory 10 days ago”, Haxhiu said Wednesday after the release conference of the report, titled “ (Don't) Aurela implementation of the Law Rule Strategy in Practice”.

Minister Haxhiu has assured citizens that justice institutions are doing good work to investigate the armed attack on September 24th in Zvecan Banjska, where Sergeant Africa Bulnjak died. But because of the investigation, she said she couldn't give any more details.

“Facing a Serbia that does not distance itself from the past, records armed attacks in Kosovo and does not hand over criminals and terrorists, is vigilance, the hard work of Kosovo institutions, particularly Kosovo Police, the investigation units, special units, Prosecution and the Court. Law institutions are doing their job. Because of the investigation, I can't give you any details of what's going on. I just wanted to assure you that the institutions are doing their job”, she said.

The suspect for the September 24th terrorist attack in Zvecan Banjska, Milan Radocic, arrested yesterday in Serbia has been released from custody.
