Why does Vuchy play the victim? Serbian Professor: Kosovo lost in 1999, that's a fact

The meeting with the important five diplomatic five -- Escobar, Lajcak, French president's adviser and German Chancellor, as well as Italian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vuciq's adviser -- has described it as a part of Serbia's most difficult days.
As Prime Minister Kurti was told in Pristina, the idea of the meeting was to move forward with the Franco-German plan, now only called the European Plan.
But why does Alexander Vuciq have many difficult days and how does he play the victim in Serbian public opinion?
“... was one of the most difficult days for our country, and I have never kept anything secret from the people in Serbia when such things happen. We're going to have a lot of trouble and problems that we're going to face in the future and that's why we need unity”, Vuciqi has said continuing with criticism that he has seen from representatives of his state.
In addition, Vuciq would say that refusing the European plan from Serbia would imply many sanctions against the Serbian state, such as stoppages in the integration process, foreign investment and other important issues for the Serbian state.
For the philosophy professor at the Belgrade Faculty, Ognjen Randojq, it is Vuciqi who is blackmailed and not Serbia.
In a statement to N1, he says Serbia has lost Kosovo de facto and de jure in 1999.
“Both together, de facto and de jure, we have lost Kosovo in 1999 and formally accepted it when we decided to participate in elections organised by the Kosovo government. These stories about Kosovo's accession, or not, should no longer be (now, according to our version). You have nothing more to say about Kosovo's accession, this job has ended up saying Randojq for N1.
He has said he is playing such a game, saying the integration process will be stopped and foreign investments in Serbia will be attracted.
He's a blackmailed man, and this blackmail is what I want to carry on us. Has not the integration process already stopped? We are not negotiating EU accession, this process is already already stopped”, this professor says. /Periscopi/
