Suspicions of tax evasion against company Martin Berishaaj, targeting former SP delegation son

The National Sha '% company, with millions in circulation in Albania, where among the registered owners is Ambassador Martin Berishaj's name, writes Periscope.

The majority stake in this company is Albanian Dubula, son of the former Social Party President Arta Dade.

The Albanian prosecution has targeted some people who connected this company anymore, it is not known whether Mr. Berisha is among them. But the name is mentioned only to the shareholder, Alban Duballa and several other people for the “Tax and Tax Abmission”, “Income Purchasion” and “holds illegal and without license”.

This, as from the investigations conducted, has resulted in Alban Dable, continuing the lottery activity “Telebingo”, for an eight-month term with no license approval from the respective organs.

According to the first year of media reports in Albania, for three years the company <x0-national” of Alban Dalbulla does not give in to the balance of taxes, but neither does it name administrator, which is the authority that allows financial actions.

The company “Telebingo”, which is owned by businessman Alban Dalbula, results in “Falur Red” set up by the National Business Centre.

According to documents of the manager's appointment of “National”, Olsi Agalij, has been completed since December 1st 2018.

Under legislation for the tax procedures and the No.24 Guide of Albania's Finance Ministry, the company in question should have made the appointment of offspring or the extension of the mandate.

Any financial action carried out by others is considered illegal. Moreover, “The Red f voucher” at the “National” company contained the footnote:

“Subject has not deposited annual reporting financial mirrors, which are binding by law”.

But according to media reports in Albania, the National Telebingo, which on the January and April 2021 salary list, is identified by the name “National U.S.A”, results in having no declared employees listed.

Further details on the case had been issued by Ora News journalist Elton Qynno, saying the prosecution has submitted a request to the Tirana Court to impose security measures for Dable and 19 of his associates.

The journalist reported that the investigation into businessman's companies has been under way since 2016, while adding that it has been the Taxor Investigation Directorate, which has sent a material to the prosecutor to investigate tax evasion.

“One of the companies that has made tax evasion or hiding incomes is “Albanian Telebingo”, which appears on national television every Sunday. It has been concluded that through suspicious transactions, some 5.6m euros in revenue have been hidden. It's obligations not paid against the law. Based on the prosecution's investigation, the conclusion has been reached that Alban Dalbulla, but also his 19 associates are involved in this nuclear scene in order to avoid a series of transactions conducted by his companies. The prosecution was addressed to the Tirana Court on 22 December of this year, with a request requiring the appointment of security measures against Alban Dalbula and 19 other people”, Qino said.

Even so, it is not known whether among these 19 associates is Martin Berisha's name.

The latest report on this scandal was in March last year.

At “National”, besides Martin Berishaj and Alban Dbulla, as shareholders figure out and some others.

The son of the former SP chief Arta Dado, Alban Dalbula, is a businessman and owner of the Albanian éublication company Sh. PK, which publishes the daily newspaper Day. It was the majority shareholder of society “Albanian LC”, before it sold 10% of the shares to Besnik Rama. He owns 70% of the Eurolive sports betting company. Dable also has shares in Celere companies, AB OVOV, Vapeks and Day University. He is accused by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha of links to organised crime, the charge he has dismissed as politically motivated.

So, according to the Business Trade Centre, the company <x0 National” is active and Martin Berishaj, who is senior officials in Kosovo and who owned 10 per cent of the shares, has not declared this percentage in the Anti-Corruption Agency in Kosovo.

Slovenian media had discovered last year, a major financial scandal involving Robert Golob, chairman of the Freedom Party.

The payments are conducted by the GEN branch for Serbia (power company) at the private UK Consulting company in Montenegro, with which GEN company has consultations. Monthly payments of 5 to 55 thousand euros a month, or a total of over half a million euros, have been realised.

What can be found is that in business registration records, MB Consulting, is the same number as Mr. Berisha, which he has at the Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs and on his Facebook page.
