On YouTube channel “Khodorkovsky Live”, Gallyamov claims Putin will hand over power to someone who will negotiate with Ukraine for peace and restore relations with the West. It also stresses that Putin will not be presented in the upcoming Russia elections, to be held in 2024.
According to Gallyamov, Putin fears he will fail in this election, so he will take a step back. Putin's possible deputy, according to political analyst, is 3: Sergey Sobyan, Moscow Mayor; Prime Minister Mikhail Misustin and Dmitry Kozak, Putin's cabinet deputy chief.
In the end, Gallyamov highlights that Putin wants a quiet pull: “This is the right way for Putin, compared to Ceauscu or Gaddhafi. At least Putin would have made personal security guarantees”.
