Police investigate over 18kg of drugs in Pristina

Police say on the date 29.12.2022 had carried out the tactical operation and, as a result, three suspected persons had been arrested and 1kg 214.75kg confiscated. The suspected narcotics substance -- and today, during the implementation of specific measures authorised by Pristina Prosecutor's and Constitutional Court -- has been banned from golf cars 3 with local license plates headed by the Kosovo male prime suspect (V.K; 1982) and, during the search, suspected narcotics of the Marijuana type has been found.
In co-ordination with the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina and with the verbal order of Pristina's Pre-Procedure Procedure Court, a search operation has been conducted in two houses in Pristina and a home in Barevaleva, PKK.
At the first location during the realisation of quality control of material evidence has been found and confiscated:
(c) The suspected narcotic substance of the Marihua type.
(1) a car with local license plates.

(V. 1994 and S. S; 1979) have not been in the house, and the same have been issued invitations to notice the police.
In realisation of this anti-drug police operation in Pristina is supported by the K9 Unit and the Regional-Pristina Criminal Technical Unit.
With the decision on stopping the person, the most arrested suspects have now been assigned a 48-hour detention measure, while investigations by the Kosovo Police's drug department are under way in connection with the case. /Periscopi/
