One has happened in the year on Wednesday, where after a disagreement the boy physically attacked his father.
The case was also confirmed by police spokesman for the Gjilan region, Valon Osmani.
Osmani said the author of the event allegedly has psychological problems.
“has been detained for medical treatment at the Neurology Department at Gjilan regional hospital”, Osmani said.
