Hill is asked for advice on Kosovo: I'm having a hard time giving it to Belgrade, leaving it to colleague Havenier.

The United States' Ambassador to Belgrade, Christopher Hill, has been in the spotlight after the last meeting in Brussels between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian head of state Alexander Vucic, where he was discussing the issue of IDs and license plates. Hill had said the Serbian side had gone [...]
Hill had said the Serbian side had gone and prepared for dialogue, until it stressed that the same is not true of the Kosovo side representing Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
This had also prompted the reaction of Kosovo's prime minister, who had said that Kosovo by 2008 had received advice from the US ambassador to Belgrade.
But, today Hill has declined to comment and give advice on Kosovo, saying it is too busy doing the same in Belgrade, and has suggested that the advice on Kosovo is left to colleague Jeff Houvenier.
“What you think Pristina should do to ensure that the Serb community and the future are secure” has been the journalist's question.
“Look, there's a hard time going on here giving advice in Belgrade. So I leave the councils in Pristina with my colleague Ambassador Havenier. I hope we can reach some agreement, and pass on some other” issues, Hill responded.
