In Kosovo, the next Ukrainian journalist, Caterina Bilobrova, has arrived as part of the “Journalists in Residency ão” programme.
She at the airport has been welcomed by AGK Executive Director Getorba Mulliqi, European Centre Legal Officer for Press and Media Freedom E CPMF, Butterfly Kusari, representative of the Kosovo Ministry of Internal Affairs and Police.
AGK reports Bilobrova is the ninth journalist to be housed in Kosovo under the JIR programme, which is financially supported by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
This programme is being implemented by the Association of Kosovo Journalists in close co-operation with the EPCPMF, through which Ukrainian journalists receive monthly wages, adequate housing, working conditions, language and integration, as well as psycho-Social assistance according to the need”, the report says.
