Helped by long-range weapons supplies, Ukrainian forces have restored territories in the southern Kherson over the past few weeks, adding rumours that their troops are carrying out the recently promised counterattacks.
The country's president, Voldymyr Zelensky, unveiled claims of a successful counterattack during his address Sunday, saying Ukrainian forces are moving step-by-step towards the city, writes The Guardian.
