The debate, organised between Sun and TakTV, was suddenly interrupted by half until Truss was speaking, the journalist fainted.
From TakTV they claimed McCann was fine now and told him to stop.
“We apologize to our viewers and listeners”, the channel added.
Sunak and Truss have claimed they are relieved because McCann is in good health, they said they would be happy if they again organised this debate.
To run the debate tonight with McCann would have to be Harry Cole, but he is now affected by COVID-19, writes BBC.
