Stoltenberg, Rama: Contributions in Kosovo, Western Balkans Have Strategic Importance for NATO

Albania contributes to NATO forces in Latvia and Bulgaria. You contribute to the KFOR mission in Kosovo, and the Western Balkans has strategic importance for NATO.
