The MP refuses Oxford doctor to take the wife of the Vetvendosje deputy to work

Iliriana Blakaj is a doctorate candidate at one of the world's best universities, Oxford in Great Britain, but this has not sufficed to be employed as assistant at Pristina University, the Faculty of Philosophy, the Department of Anthropology. Instead, Ylka Syla-Uka, wife of Vetvendosje Movement MP Fitim [...]
Instead, Ylka Syla-Uka, wife of Vetvendosje Movement MP Fitim Uka, has been employed. Yllka has studied at the University of Tirana, one of the worst universities in the world. In the rankings listing universities around the world, the University of Tirana is three thousandth and 786th in a row. To understand how bad this is, the University of Pristina is 759 countries higher.
The open position for assistants as foreign collaborator was for “subjects Family studies in the comparisonal perspective”, “genus anthropology”, “Migration and social security”, “urban anthropology”, “Food Anthropology”, “Ves and identity”
The science class of Ylka Syla-Uka, unlike Iliriana Blakaj, who is an Oxford doctoral candidate, is a master of arts.
The appreciative commission that has made the candidate selection consisted of Professors Tahir Latifi of Education Cannolli and Assistant Durim Abdullahu.
According to published documents, the two candidates -- Ilirjana Blakaj and Ylka Syla-Uka -- were strangely praised as equal candidates.
Then, according to the regulation, “when there is more than one candidate for the current position meets the selection criteria becomes the most long-term candidate in the respective field”.
Even at this point Blakaj met the condition as she continues her doctoral studies until Syla-Uka is alone with the Master.
In spite of that, the commission had decided to grant the position of MP Uka's wife, who is also engaged as legalist at the UPI.
One of the evaluation commission members, Arsim Canol, had argued, based on regulations, that the position belongs to Blakaj, even making a long written argument.

“
Despite Canolly's detailed complaint, the 7 July 2022 decision came under the name of Fitim Uka's wife as engaged by Pristina University.
Blakaj, after not seeing the decision not to accept it, has addressed dissatisfaction in her Facebook account.
I want to make it clear that war is by no means personal and that I really have nothing against anyone in this process. The cause that we have to fuel must be against the system installed in the UP, against such bureaucracy, against such regulations that deliberately prevent our university from becoming enriched by staff that can contribute to science and the education of new generations. The cause is to change the education system in Kosovo. It's for our University”, it's written in addition to Blackaj.
