Signal sources from the prosecution have indicated that the event took place at midnight, when police also received information that a girl is being physically attacked in a vehicle in Prizren's Dardania district.
It becomes known that the police caught the suspect and, according to the first information, found him beating the victim.
The suspect was immediately escorted to the police station to interview the case, while his vehicle was seized as evidence concerning the case.
The State Prosecutor has ordered his detention for 48 hours, in allegations of criminal activity “rape”, while the girl has been sent to the hospital to undergo necessary medical examinations.
