By 14,07.22 about 6:30 p.m. Ferizaj Regional Police had accepted information that on a street in Ferizaj was a case of sexual assault, where a person had sexually assaulted a minor ( F/K) aged 13 and had fled in an unknown direction.
In this regard the police had immediately taken the necessary action, went to the scene and, in case, the Regional Investigations Sector is locked in, which, under the author's authorisation of minors from the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Ferizaj, have launched investigations in search of the suspected person.
After an investigative intensive work, gathering ground information, watching security cameras, have managed to identify and arrest today by date 20,07,2022 at 11:00 the suspected person with the T.D. (M/K) initials of the age of 30, under suspicion of having committed criminal work” Sexual attack”
Police have escorted the suspect to the police station in Ferizaj, and after interviewing by regional investigators, in the presence of the defence attorney, with the prosecutor's decision on the case, the same has been submitted to holding for 48 hours, for further procedures, while the case has been named” Sexual assault” /Periscopi/
