It becomes known that the invitation was sent to Berisha by protocol, as has been sent to all other former Presidents of the Republic.
However, he has decided not to attend the ceremony at the presidency.
Berisha and several democratic deputies also boycotted Begaj's swearing-in hearing in the Assembly, though a large part of the other DP and LSI deputies were present at the hall.
