MPB recalls the deal: Anyone with illegal license plates, turn them into RKS

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has announced that citizens who still possess illegal plates must return to them And for that they don't have to pay.

In the Ministry of Internal Affairs Civil Recording Agency, information meeting has been held with leaders of the Automotive Record Centers.

“0185 of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo date 29.06.2022, as well as highlighting modalities for the shape of how this process of recording tools will go, according to Administrative Guide, No. 03/2022 for registration with license plate “RKS” of tools owned by license plates “PR”, “KM”, “PZ”, “GL”, “UR”, “PE” & “DA” APO “ "A” ”, says the announcement.

The meeting was also discussed as to undertaking all necessary actions for this process to begin from August 1st, 2022, and to be completed by September 30th, 2022, as well as informing citizens of concrete steps to be followed for vehicle registration.

The license agreement between Kosovo and Serbia was reached on September 30th, 2021.

There was doubt that this agreement would be implemented in practice.
