This is the next decision the Special Court has made, reports the Nacional newspaper.
The decision made by the Special today is said to have not ceased the reasons Wessel is being held in custody.
Among these reasons, the judge of the preliminary procedure has cited the risk of escape, the impact on witnesses, the destruction of evidence, and the prevention of procedures.
For holding custody, the preliminary judge has not taken into account even guarantees from Kosovo Police that he is able to implement any measures specified by the Special.
Hashim Thaci, Rexhep Selimi, Jakup Krasniqi, Salih Mustafa, Peter Shala, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj remain in custody.
