Isa Mustafa: US, EU Special Urged, Thaci Being Conscientious Manstate

In a response to the Journal Express, Mustafa has said the Swiss senator's report has resulted in falsehood and consequences for Kosovo, so former Prime Minister Mustafa points out that the resolution in Albania's Parliament is on the side of the truth, this side in which the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo should be listed.

“I assess as a responsible and based state action. Dick Marty's report attacks U CK Kosovo and Albania related to trafficking in human organs, which has resulted in falsehood and very harmful. Therefore, Albania's Parliament resolution is on the side of the truth. Kosovo institutions should also line up for the truth”, Mustafa has said.

Except Mustafa has also had a few words for the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, who has said that one should not forget who had insisted and who had pressured the establishment of the Special Court.

Isa Mustafa has said it is not true that he has been put off before the establishment of the Special Court the people who are being held in custody at The Hague today. The former prime minister says it is irresponsible to say such a statement by Kosovo leaders.

Mustafa says the Special has pushed the internationals forward and that the same have clearly indicated that if Kosovo does not do so, a court from the Security Council will be established at Russia and China's initiative and that such a thing will not be rejected unless Kosovo establishes it.

I should stress that it is not true that the people who are being tried today on the basis of Dick Marty's report and Russian MPs are the ones who have postponed it before the Special Court was established. It is irresponsible to say so by Kosovo leaders. The court has pushed it before the internationals. They have clearly expressed themselves, or established you, or founded the Security Council with the initiative of Russia and China, and that this initiative will not be rejected if you do not establish”, Isa Mustafa said.

Mustafa, citing international pressure, says the Special Court has not been founded for putting pressure on Hashim Thaci, but that it has been created as a result of US and EU pressure to avoid Russia's involvement in the appointment of mandate, scope and duration.

Finally, the former prime minister has said he commends Albania's Parliament for voting such a resolution and the head of the Albanian government for the initiative.

Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama, during his recent visit to Kosovo, had indicated his initiative for a resolution against Dick Marty's report. Rama has said such a resolution would initially approve in Albania's Parliament and then send the same to the Council of Europe to demand that this institution be distanced from Dick Marty's report.

The resolution has received the green light in Albania's Parliament by majority and is now expected to be sent to the KiE.

From the Kosovo government, Albulen Haxhiu has said they welcome such a resolution, while President Vjosa Osmani at a news conference after meeting with Ilir Meta has said that a special response for Resolution can be expected since Kosovo's stance on the purity of the KLA war is everyday.
