According to Kadriw, during 2021, the seven Foundation Court departments have been able to settle less matter than they accepted. There is considerable difference between the courts as far as the general average solution is concerned.
According to her, the IKD has found substantial violations of criminal procedure provisions to be one of the frequent reasons for turning cases into retrial. The IKD in its findings says that over 90% of the cases, judges violate legal deadlines for handling cases according to Penal Procedure Codes.
