Heavy view: That's what imam looks like after being brutally beaten in Lupch

The mosque of Podujevo village of Lupc, Zecir Berisha, was brutally beaten last night. According to the Islamic Community and the close people of imam, he has suffered serious injuries and is being treated at KKUK.

In a photograph published by “Insander”, imam is seen in severe condition and covered throughout the head and left hand.

Suspects of beating the imam are three brothers from the same village who were arrested by police.

Bekim Jashari, head of the Islamic Community, has said that the imam has officially reported to BIK the problems it has had with those who, according to him, have wanted to postpone “an Islamist different than”.
