Haradinaj congratulated Begaj on the positions of Albania's president.

“I promise you brotherly cooperation at all times and circumstances”, Haradinaj wrote.

We remember that Begaj was elected president on June 6th, while during his speech today in the Albanian Parliament, he never mentioned Kosovo.
