Foreign Affairs and Diaspore Commission member and deputy The PDK, Xhavit Haliti in an interview for Periscope, has been talking about the agreement of over 200 million MCCU and the meeting of heads of state with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. The latter says that there were clear messages on the table.

According to Halit, the topic of discussion must have been the agreement for the Decani Monastery, which is not yet being implemented by the Kurti Government, despite the Constitutional Court's verdict.

Haliti has also spoken of the policy and work of Minister Donika Grovall, which he deems without any influence, Kurt's anti-Americanism and its reflection, as well as the life expectancy of the current government.

Total interview:

Periscope: How do you see the deal with the MCC? Government Kurt signed it, but who holds the credit for that deal?

Xhavit Haliti: As far as the agreement is concerned with the MCC, and if it wasn't for those guys, the minister could have signed it back. It has been a long process of handling this and is not the first time the MCC provides funds for the interest of Kosovo development. America doesn't make AD Hoc decisions. They have funds planned for assistance for others, not only for Kosovo.

PeriscopeAs you comment on the Kurti&Osman-Blinken meeting. The U.S. Secretary of State is estimated to have delivered clear messages. What do you think will follow this meeting?

Xhavit Haliti: I believe the issue of implementing the deal for the Decani Monastery, Albin Kurti and the president had it on the table. But there were other agreements. That the agreements someone else signed are not named but the prime minister, the president, the foreign minister. Not an individual's deal. The one sitting in the chair of these three posts and in their domain, and they're international agreements, are obliged to comply. If they don't, the political consequences, the different international reports and everyone will have consequences and it's hard to withdraw from these agreements. If our power is greater than those deals... We have to do a negotiation process for these agreements with guarantors of preliminary agreements, who have recognised and guaranteed independence, Kosovo freedom has been bombed to lead the Kosovo people from the state of Serbia.

Periscope: Mr. Kurti has been called anti-American since his arrival, due to several statements and attitudes. Has the prime minister started reflecting now?

Xhavit Haliti: Mr. Kurt made mistakes in the past in these reports and normally political mistakes are sometimes paid. But it's not too late to reflect. I think that recently, in the country his position as Kosovo's prime minister, has given the signals very positive in terms of US relations. I'm believing that the meetings he had within four walls, he's been reciting if he was criticized for any cases. The very fact that Blinken has agreed to meet him, him and the president, has both met to give you messages not to tell you what you're thinking about America. It's a message we help you, but you do your homework.

Periscope: You are also a member of the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Commission. According to you, where Kosovo is staying with foreign policy. Are you seeing the work of Minister Donika Gervala?

Xhavit Haliti: Kosovo is a small country, Mrs. Gervala has no influence on domestic state policies, nor on international policies. We actually have state foreign policy, defined and approved, which then enables the commission and the parliament to judge and criticize and not support. Politics at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at all without exception, have made personal, daily policies for more electoral interests. They did their homework. Not that it's noticed that switches to Kosovo embassies. I understand that the desire of anyone who takes office is to be successful, I wish the minister would succeed. There's another problem, I've experienced it myself and I know what the situation is. She has the family outside Kosovo and normally has Fmail obligations, but above all, state policy approval that she would have to implement.

Periscope: The head of the LDK Parliamentary Group, Arben Gashi, said Kurti Government will fall in late autumn. What do you think, will that rule have?

Xhavit Haliti: I don't have any information like that. We can even talk about impossible, but we don't know about it. We have not observed the rules that apply in democratic states. As for the government's no-confidence motion, in every country in the world, when there is motion, the government should have votes, not the opposition. She must have the votes for you entrusted further. There is no such thing in the practices and regulations that democratic states in the West have. When there is a motion, the government should have deputies in the assembly, at least 61 votes. The opposition doesn't need to collect the votes to bring it down. If Government doesn't have enough votes, it should resign, resign itself. Now if this is a situation, right, I have no information.
