A criminal row has been handed over on 22 July to the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, against Interior Minister Jedal Svecla.
He is charged by Fadil Kodra, who was fired from the position of director of the Agency for Emergency Management for “censing rights in labour relations and misusing official position or authority”.
The hill accuses Svechla of violating her rights, removing all of it from the office of the public official.
