Through his lawyer, Faton Fetah, Kodra, in the criminal connoisseur dated July 22, 2022, accuses Svecha of encroaching on her rights, removing her from the office of the public official.

Therefore, in the circumstances of the concrete case, the minister has decided in relation to the government, when it has rejected implementation of the decision no. 02/25 of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on 22.01.2018, on whose base the complainer has been named the general director of the AME following a standard legal recruiting procedure with five mandates of five (5) years”, it is said, among other things, in criminal speculation.
Legal provisions, according to Kodra's lawyer, say no legal provisions were introduced for his client to be dismissed.
