Through a Facebook post, he has said that if that happens, it means that we have governments unable to draft laws and, if so, what will happen to other laws that continue to proceed in the Assembly and are not subject to the Venice Commission.
He has said the government should contract field experts and not risk that any legal initiative will be threatening human rights and constitutional standards if there are not enough such experts.
