Bugayski: A road towards NATO membership needed urgently for Kosovo, Bosnia

Janusz Bugajski, senior member of the Jamestown Foundation in Washington, DC., in a regular authorial text for the Bosnian media “Istraga.ba”, has said a way for Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina's NATO membership is urgently needed. Bugayski has said that NATO's current work with the formation of the military in Bosnia and co-operation [...]
Bugajski has said that NATO's thus far working with the formation of the military in Bosnia and co-operation with Kosovo are insufficient to halt provocations by pro-Moscow leaders in Banja Luka and Belgrade.
He says that such a thing is very necessary when the European Union is seen lameness with the work of membership, which according to Bugayskit, such a lame is promoting and encouraging radical nationalists across the region.
“In the Western Balkans, NATO has taken several steps to strengthen the Bosnian military and work closer with Kosovo defence forces. But it is still insufficient to prevent provocations by pro-muskovita Serb leaders in Banja Luka and Belgrade. A road to NATO membership for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo is urgently needed, especially after the EU has proved failed to provide real prospects for membership and is thus encouraging nationalist radicals throughout the region”, Bugajski wrote.
