In his night-long video speech, he claimed Russian forces have not made significant advances in the eastern region of Donbas during the past day.
This statement opposes Russian claims saying they have progressed in areas around Sevierodonetsk, a key strategic city in the battle for Donbas.
Zelensky says the Russians did not expect they would have faced so much resistance and are now trying to bring in additional troops and equipment.
In the video, Zelensky also said Ukraine plans to release a “Book of Executionors”, special next week with confirmed information on war crimes committed by the Russian Army, Euronews writes,
