Pristina lost the festival's organisation as a result of MAPL documentation delays, which says the municipality has not delivered all necessary documents in time. Now VV blames elsewhere. Zaimi claims Edi Rama stole the festival's organisation.

“It is not news that Dukagjin Lipa published the date of organisation in Tirana just minutes after sending the letter to the Government of Kosovo. So it's not news that his letter was actually written to wait for the answer. But the news is the presidential behaviour of Rama Government. The message is being given that from now on, whenever the Government of Kosovo negotiates with any business to find a balance between public and private interests, in front of it will not only have private companies, but also Rama”, he writes.
