Today, within the framework of the “Open Balkan” summit, this agreement was reached between Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and Montenegro's Dritan Abazovic.
“The bridge history was launched during my first visit to Albania last year. Today in Ohrid, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and I presented a project that will bring Ulcinj and Velipoja to just 1km from the previous distance of 73km. We create new values, we build a Western Balkans differently” Abazovic said.
