Both Ukraine and Moldova have been accepted by the EU as membership candidate, a move that has angered Russia.

Zakharova also accused the EU of “destruction” of countries like Ukraine and Moldova.
But in a Twitter post, Kuleba said such statements only indicate Russia's “Dobity”.
