Organisations released from the KLA war tomorrow at 10:00 will protest before the Kosovo Assembly, against discrimination being committed to veterans, invalids and martyrs' families.
The Union Movement, convinced of the justice of this issue, set up by the KLA's OVL, has decided to support the protest and will actively participate in it.
“The LB has been convinced that the evil view that categories removed from war are a burden to society is inhuman and antinational. With the Kosovo Government bill, which will be considered on Monday in the Kosovo Assembly, it is envisioned to bring down the current law linking the veteran's pension to the minimum wage -- and so has been a very small pension, 170 euros -- so there is no increase in this category, as the draft bill for the minimum wage is envisioned. The Movement for the Union invites not only veterans but all citizens to join the protest and not allow the highest categories for freedom we are enjoying to transform us into social categories. Not further discrimination of freedom fighters. All in protest in the defense of the most meritive people for the freedom we're enjoying”, said an LB communique
