Suspect in the 18-year-old Ferizaj murder case: I went into the room and I saw his body bruised.

Krivaqa is being charged with criminal acts “serious murder” and “rape”, while Sejdiu is accused of co-ordinating criminal activity “serious murder” and helping commit rape.

The Express newspaper brings the full statement of Arben Sejdiu, based on what he said, Krivaqa after killing M. He said he'd kill his uncle's son.

Over the body of the young woman from Ferizaj, the M.O. allegedly suffered continued violence by her former husband, Dardan Krivaqa. Her talks had heard of Arben Sejdiu, as he was standing in the hall of Krivace's residence, but asked why she had reported the case to the police, he was saying: “I didn't know it was so serious, but when I saw the next day what she did to her, then I was shocked and didn't want to get between husband and woman”

After many hours of mental and physical violence that the 18-year-old M.O., Arber Sejdiu claims to have seen the naked victim lying in bed and bruised, “burning something black out of his mouth”. In those moments Sejdiu has claimed to have asked Krevace to take him to the hospital.

According to Arber Sejdiu, violence against M. which ended in death, had begun after the allegations Dardan Krivaqa had shown that his ex-wife had had sex with his uncle's son.

On August 21, 2021, I met with Dardan in town at Ferizaj. There, during his conversation with Dardan, he told me his problem with his wife, M. suspecting that his uncle's son had had sex with his wife. Then with Dardan Krivaqen we went to his apartment on the fifth floor in Ferizaj. That night I stayed in the living room, while Dardan's wife was in another room, who occasionally went and interrogated his wife and had his wife's occasional cries. I have to say that during my conversation with Dardan, I asked him how he was sure he had betrayed his wife...”, Sejdiu declared.

He later mentioned that Krivaqa was monitoring his apartment with cameras.

The next day the camera security worker who released the camera recordings taught Dardan how to check the records and went to work. And I bought a burger for myself and Dardan and I was lying in the couch where I was asleep, and Dardan woke me up and said that he had found the guy (his uncle's son) who had entered his apartment when he was lying on the camera that was placed inside the bathroom in the hallway and he believed he was the son of his uncle who suspected of having had sexual relations with his wife. I told him don't rush into seeing his face, because he covered his head while he was out in the hallway and the bathroom. Dardan entered the room where his wife was being interrogated and heard Dardan screams asking him about his uncle's son and sometimes I heard his wife's voice screaming and Dardan went out to watch the cameras”, he said.

On the other hand, he claims Krivaqa had declared that he would kill his uncle's son and then himself.

I and Dardan, after handing over the victim to the hospital, went to Dardan's apartment and took some of my clothes and left my apartment and went back to the hospital, saw that there were cops and I went to my apartment for fear... Dardan Krivaqa and Arben Sejdiu have been in custody since August last year as suspected of killing an 18-year-old girl, M.O from Ferizaj. Meanwhile, Krivaqira has also been added to criminal acts “rape” and Sejdiu's assistance in committing rape.
