This law was voted in principle by 68 votes for, no opposition and six abstentions, until 74 MPs were present in the hall.
With the six abstentions of MPs from other non-party communities and without the votes of Serbian List deputies, the Law for the Minimial Pag would not pass.
With this account there would be only 57 votes, until 61 votes were needed to pass this simple majority law.
Time when Serbian List deputies vote FOR
But that's what Armendi of Vetevendosje is denying. He insists that this law would pass even without Serbian deputies' votes.
In fact, he is accusing opposition parties of making éspin-au with the Serbian List votes.
“Paga Minimal: 74 deputies have participated in the vote for the minimum wage, 68 votes were up. The VV had previously secured the quorum and votes for passing the law. When the opposition saw that we had the quorum even without the Serbian List, they've stayed in the hall, just so they can give one of these spins that if the Serbian List was crucial. A clear lie, and certainly a wicked plan, that failed. Even without the votes of the Serbian List would pass. Congratulations on the first reading of the new 264-euro minimum wage, which represents growth for 55%, respectively!”.
