The Kosovo Privatisation Agency has opened the public declaration for renting attractive assets in several Kosovo municipalities. In the Pristina region of eleven assets, in the Pec region twelve assets, in the Prizren region of two asset assets, in the region of Gjilan five assets and eight assets of the former N Company. U.S. metal in Gjakova.
Public announcement is open since today, as bidding and publishing of prices are due to date 06.07.2022 in the AKP's respective regional offices: Pristina, Gjilan, Peja, and Prizren, while for N assets. US Metallick in Gjakova at the AKP Central Office for Monitoring, Control and Direct Management.
The lease period is for 1 year, with the possibility of continuing also being envisioned in case of privatisation. Offers can be made individually for each entity separately and with envelopes (an envelope for an entity) delivered to the Regional Office where the asset is offered.
In cases of renting in value over 1,000 months, prior to the signing of the contract will be required by the winning bidder to bring bank guarantees (not bank commitments) to the extent of the contract. For delivery of the bid, the Formari must be used for delivery of the Oferta, which can be taken to the AKP Regional Office, or downloaded from the website: www.pak-x.org.
The criteria for selecting the winning bidder of the respective entities will be the price of the highest bid.
Bids to be accepted with 06.07.2022 It's 10:00 a.m. in locked envelopes for each separate unit. in closed envelopes, envelopes will open 15 minutes after delivery, or 12:15, and offers via fax or email will not be accepted.
Advanced property data, supply content can be obtained at the AKP regional office where the asset you care about is located.
