The head of the Albanian government said it is a great honour to get this, however, added that “still fails to make peace with the fact that what the rule should be is the exception”.

The most concrete example of hospitality was Afghan artist Mansour, who in her speech thanked Prime Minister Rama.
Thank you, Mr. Rama, for welcoming us to Albania with open arms. We can never thank him enough for what he has done for us. Because of him, we have a future that our children have now and no one deserves more than him. And I can firmly say that he is our hero”, Rama said.
Rama was accompanied by wife Linda Rama and her younger son, Zaho. /tvclean
