Deputy Chairman Alban Zogaj has introduced some of the rules for E-Sooters' circulation:

Two - or more - wheeled electric vehicles with mechanical steering, braking, signaling, horning, and moving from an electric engine subject themselves to traffic regulations and specific conditions under the Republic of Kosovo's vehicle law.

- Maximum 500W floor.

- Maximum speed 25km/h

- Age 15+

- No driving in green parts.
