He mentioned Germany's case, saying that this case has shown that any removal of oil derivative tax does not help citizens the most, but may otherwise increase citizens' profit.
The prime minister has said that in this matter, his government wants to help citizens with social policy and “not to make guesses that eventually turn into super-profit for businessmen of no relief to citizens”.
He warned that an administrative guide is coming out.
