North Macedonia's Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that on Wednesday 02:20 p.m. at the Gevgelija Police Station, it has been reported that on the railway line, between the Miravci railway station and the Klosura railway station, a freight train travelling to the Hekurudhor Gevgeeli station . The competent organs are working on identifying lifeless bodies.
Migrants often use railway tracks as guides, while in a non-medical way they head toward central Europe. A similar accident killed 14 immigrants from Afghanistan and Somalia in 2015.
