Mustafa said the government chief and the head of state with Serbs in the northern part are communicating through special units.
“Should be efforts to communicate with institutions and citizens in the north and not just there. Even in municipalities in the interior where there are Serbs. With the language, discurs, and methods that the president is serving with, and the prime minister cannot see the possibility of this happening. They have chosen wrong ways, with Serbs communicating via special units”, Mustafa told Front Online.
By contrast, Mustafa has also commented on the visits of President Osmani through municipalities, which, according to him, the institution that leads Osmani can fix any areas related to municipalities directly.
““The jobs, belonging to the local government, are mainly connected to Government. With budgets, space regulation, administration, security. There is no area that the Presidential institution can fix directly. But field meetings, with local governments, citizens, businesses, schools, nurserys, health houses, organisations and sports facilities... are necessary for everyone. Because it serves to correct inefficient policies”, former Prime Minister Mustafa has said.
