Analyst Imer Mushkolaj has talked about the energy agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, reached in Brussels, and the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, and the first deputy prime minister, Besnik Bislimi, who is equally harmful.

Mushkolaj considers the government's efforts to reason on former attitudes disturbing.

We're being told every day that we don't remember what we said in the past, on specific issues starting out of dialogue starting with other issues, even when it was the deal for the license plates that was strongly rejected when it was signed, and the question of the energy agreement that had also been rejected by the VV at some time.
